Clinical Insights

Don’t just learn my philosophy and credentials. Look at how I actually approach different cases.

Find the bottleneck. Solve it. See what becomes possible.

The work below is evidence that this is genuinely how I practise, not just a line on a homepage.

What a case usually shows

  1. What the patient came in with
  2. What made it difficult or uncertain
  3. What I considered first
  4. What I tested or looked for
  5. What changed my thinking
  6. What the main bottleneck appeared to be
  7. What we worked on
  8. What happened afterwards
  9. What became possible

Not every case fits that shape. Some are shorter observations, or questions I am still working through.

Clinical cases
What happened? What did I think? What changed my mind? Real presentations followed through examination, intervention, response and reflection.
TMJ Clinical Insight
Exploring TMD, orofacial pain, dentistry and the role of physiotherapy in multidisciplinary care.
Strength & Conditioning
Exploring the transition from rehabilitation to capacity: how do we move from feeling better to being able to do more?
Evidence → clinical decision
Evidence-based practice is not simply “research says X, therefore we should do X”. The more useful question is what the evidence actually tells us, what it does not tell us, and how it applies to this particular patient.
Clinical education
Ongoing interests in clinical reasoning, learning science, evidence translation, case-based learning and professional education — not only how clinicians think, but how we help clinicians learn to think better.
